Hotel Lago Maggiore - Welcome! - Muralto

We enjoyed our stay with the kids! The hotel's location is fantastic, right by the lake, easy to hop on a boat for a day trip to the beautiful islands. Our spacious family room wasnice and neat.

In my wife's opinion, a kids' play area would be great.

Location: the hotel was really close to the restaurant as well as the train station and the lake. Stayed in exceptional suite with awesome view. Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Locarno.

A surprise birthday treat

Our family room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with fine views of Lago Maggiore that rejuvenated our spirits. The hotel surprised us with a delicious birthday cake for our daughter-a good touch! We enjoyed a plentiful breakfast with a vast choice of food, all while soaking in the gorgeous lake view from the dining area.

While parking was a slight hiccup since we hadn't reserved a spot, we managed to find a public garage just a short walk from the hotel. After a long day exploring Locarno, I would have loved a wider range of pillow options to ensure a comfortable night's sleep.

Truly enjoyed the room with a balcony, my bed was comfortable. The service was great and the staff were amazingly friendly.

The hotel is perfect and impeccably clean, has amazing views over the lake. I have stayed in an a twin room with central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel television. Staff is attentive and very attentive and you can park your car on site.

The detail to attend, the location near various restaurants, the rooftop chill zone was fine.

The breakfast was excellent, with made-to-order eggs and a good selection of local and international dishes. The fine view of Lago Maggiore from my room created a tranquil atmosphere throughout my visit.

Wi-Fi was weak at times.

The amazing lake view from the room took my breath away, and the breakfast offered a good variety, including a selection of local cold cuts. Staff were attentive, promptly fulfilling my request for mineral water instead of sparkling. The Wi-Fi was occasionally weak, particularly on the balcony, and navigating the parking situation was a bit tricky without a reservation.

The lake view from my spacious room was fine! Loved the air conditioning and the big shower. Staff were super nice and even upgraded my room! Breakfast was a highlight with huge variety, and the whole place felt so clean and fresh.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel facing Lake Maggiore. Our double room had a sauna in the bathroom and a large balcony, both of which enhanced our stay. The dining/bar patio offered an very nice view while enjoying cocktails. It's conveniently located near the train station. A thoughtful departure gift of local beers added a nice touch to our experience.
